Loop ERP is an ERP for circular economy businesses such as scrap, recycling, aggregate, and brokerage operations. It runs natively inside Oracle NetSuite as a Built for NetSuite SuiteApp, so operations and finance work from one set of records, from the scale ticket to the general ledger.
Loop ERP is built for businesses that buy, process, or sell materials. That includes scrap metal, automotive, battery, electronics, and tire recycling; plastic and glass, compost, and municipal waste; aggregate and concrete recycling; and brokerage, agricultural commodities, hay and forage, and fish and seafood processing. See all 14 industries.
NetSuite provides the financial core: general ledger, purchasing, and reporting. Loop ERP runs inside NetSuite and adds the operational side materials businesses need, such as scale tickets, dispatch, grading, pricing, and settlements, all posting to the same ledger. Read what NetSuite provides.

Loop ERP has 16 modules in four areas: scale and yard, dispatch and logistics, inventory and pricing, and finance and insight. They cover tickets, quality control, camera integration, hazardous materials compliance, dispatch, inbound and outbound logistics, track and trace, mobile apps, regrading, flexible pricing, netting, settlements, dashboards, and AI-assisted material identification. See all features.
That is what it is designed for. Instead of connecting dispatch, inventory, tickets, and financials by hand, your team works from one set of records in NetSuite, so operations and finance see the same numbers.
Flexible Pricing manages grade-based, supplier-specific, and provisional pricing in one place. When material is regraded, Inventory and Regrading keeps traceability back to the original ticket, and Finance and Settlements posts pricing, deductions, and freight to the NetSuite general ledger. See Flexible Pricing.
Yes. Loop ERP supports multiple locations and subsidiaries, so you can see inventory by grade and location across yards, processing sites, and warehouses, and trace material as it moves between them.
Inbound and outbound tickets record gross, tare, and net weights at the scale. Camera Integration attaches photos and video from webcams, tablets, phones, or fixed IP cameras to the ticket, lot, or order they belong to. Ask us about the scale equipment you use today.
Yes. Loop ERP Mobile Applications let teams scan, grade, inspect, and confirm deliveries from a phone or tablet at the scale, in the yard, or on the road.
Implementation is delivered as a professional service under a statement of work, scoped to your sites, material streams, and the modules you use. Talk to the Loop ERP team to scope yours.
Role-based training for operators, scale clerks, dispatch, QA, and finance, with live sessions in your own environment plus on-demand videos and guides. Training is scoped as part of Loop ERP Professional Services. See Training.
Support for the Loop ERP application is included with every subscription and covers problems in the software, from diagnosis to a fix or workaround. Email support@looperp.ai, or visit Support for hours and what to include in a ticket.
Because Loop ERP runs inside NetSuite, your operational and financial records live in your NetSuite account. Access is managed with NetSuite roles and permissions, so each person sees only the screens and transactions their job needs.
